We currently accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards as payment methods for your online order.
Our charges will be displayed on your credit card statement as: “wellness-finds.net”
For your security, your credit card information is only kept on file within your own online Wellness Finds account (My Account) unless you choose not to save this information for future purchases or if you check out as a guest.
If the site is not accepting your card, please check the following.
- a) The information on your credit card matches exactly the billing information (name and address) that you entered at the start of the checkout process.
- b) You may have missed a number when entering your credit card information.
- c) Your bank may have a limit on what you can charge before it flags and refuses your transaction.

Each bottle of supplements contains a 15 day supply of product.
We do our best to ensure that your experience is not interrupted and you get the best results for your health.
For this purpose, about 5 days before the quantity of the supplements you are using comes to 0, you will receive a special notification email to inform you that a fresh shipment of the products in the quantity you originally ordered is being prepared, and you agree to be charged the same price per bottle of product as in your original order.

Shipping
We ship orders worldwide.
We offer free postal and courier delivery (DHL or other carriers depending on your location).
Standard shipping and handling is included in all prices listed on this website.
The Wellness Finds team try to ship orders immediately and completely.
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday – Friday).
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Please use a valid street address as your shipping destination.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
Please allow 5-8 business days from ship date for delivery for urban locations and 5-12 business days for all other zones.
Please note that we ship Monday through Friday. Shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or on national holidays.
All packages are shipped with insurance, and delivery is guaranteed.
If your package is lost in transit, stolen, damaged, or fails to be delivered for any reason, we will reship your at no cost to you.
